Responsibility:

Collect, analysis development data
Market research around the site by motorbike
Arrange and record the site information
Draw maps base on software

Requirements:

Hard-working, willing to work overtime, proactive
Know HaNoi’s roads well, good in seeing maps.
Good in searching information on internet and other ways...
University, College Degree in relevant discipline.
Having experience in working for Real Estate, Construction Companies
Language: Fluent command in written and spoken English, (prefer Japanese)
Good computer Skills

2. Nhân viên leasing lương trên 1000$

Responsibility :

Develop shopping centre strategy & conceptual planning
Develop shopping centre tenant mix
Tenant recruitment
Deliver income & profit plans for shopping centre through the right tenant mix & occupancy maximization
Manage & negotiate the best commercial term for new tenancy & renewal
Assist in tenant renovation management
Manage tenancy contract
Establish good business relationship with tenants

Requirements :

Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
Minimum 1 years experience in shopping centre leasing
Strong knowledge on retailers in the market & understand the retail market
Good communication & negotiation skills
Strong business acumen & numerical skills
Good command of English & Vietnamese language
Able to travel outstation

3. Thư ký giám đốc lương 1000~2000

Đã từng làm thư ký kinh nghiệm trên 3 năm.
Giỏi tiếng Anh và Nhật (2kyu)
